Job description
We are looking for an efficient Payroll Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for all aspects of managing employee salary data, ensuring timesheets. Payroll Administrator responsibilities include managing all aspects of payroll, and they must accomplish required tasks promptly.
Responsibilities
- Administer payroll for employees
- Prepare reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly reviews
- Review and abide by company policies and procedures
- Make sure account balances are correct
- Resolve payroll issues
Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Payroll role
- Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Great at organising, prioritising and multitasking
- Self-motivated and thrives in a startup environment
- Tech-savvy
Level of studies
Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
Language Requirements
Fluent in Turkish and English
Software/IT/Development skills
Microsoft Office
